The PailPRO™ is designed to thoroughly blend ingredients with end-over-end mixing action. It can also tumble parts with a media to polish or deburr, but it is not a can shaker. The tumbler rotates the pail at a constant 23 RPM in one direction.
This tumbler uses a 208-230/460V, 3-Phase TEFC motor to mix a single 1 gallon pail up to 5 gallon pail weighing up to 100 lb each. The pail can be up to 12 1/2 inch diameter and between 4 1/2 inch to 16 1/2 inch tall.
Convenient hand wheel clamp with locking handle holds container securely. Heavy-duty angle iron frame resists shock.
