The PailPRO ™ is designed to thoroughly blend ingredients with end-over-end mixing action. It can also tumble parts with a media to polish or deburr, but it is not a can shaker. The tumbler rotates the pail at a constant 23 RPM in one direction, and is equipped with an adjustable timer. The tumbler rotates the pail or can end over end for the time you set on the timer.
This tumbler uses an 115V, 1-Phase TEFC motor to mix a single 1 gallon pail up to a 5 gallon pail weighing up to 100 lb each. The pail can be up to 12 1/2 inch diameter and between 4 1/2 inch to 16 1/2 inch tall.
Convenient hand wheel clamp with locking handle holds container securely. Heavy-duty angle iron frame resists shock.
