This closing tool is steel for 24 to 28 gauge UN type steel pails or grease drums with a 14 inch diameter. Includes heat treated, die formed jaws and hardened spring steel pivot pins. Supplied with a grease fitting for easy maintenance and long tool life.
Here’s a fast and effective method for closing moderate to high volumes of steel pails. Just place the tool over top of the cover, push down on the twin handles and the malleable iron jaws crimp all the lugs at once.
