The 2 inch polypropylene ball valve has a dust cap that keeps particles and contaminants from products out of your Schutz ® IBC containers when the foil seal is broken or while in storage.
- FDA compliant ball valve to use in food applications
- Polypropylene IBC ball valve includes an internal ball with a hole in it so that when the handle is turned, the opening turns to allow product to flow
- Large, easy to operate handle
- EPDM gasket for excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, alkalis, and acids
- Has a 2” NPT male outlet, 2” female metal collar inlet, and foil seal over the 2” NPT outlet for tamper evidence
- NPT valve's tapered threads pull tight and compress against each other during installation unlike straight threads
