Flexible heating jackets for 275 and 330 gallon plastic IBC totes meet the demands of almost any heating application for your IBC unit with an adjustable thermostat ranging from 23°F to 104°F, reduce viscosity, and help avoid winter freezing. They are cost effective alternative single circuit heating jacket for IBC units when faster heating times are not needed.
- A black nylon fabric on the Inteliheat heating jacket consists of the outer layer of the heating jacket with a high-temperature silicone-coated glass cloth inner layer
- High grade thermal insulation within the jacket reduces heat loss and increases efficiency while still providing protection for the operator
- Heat is delivered over a large surface area minimizing the possibilities of damaging your product
- Heating blanket is equipped with adjustable retaining straps and quick release buckles
- ETL approved to UL and CSA standards
- 1550 Watts at 120 Volts
Insulated lids are available to keep heat loss to a minimum and are supplied with a center top opening for access to fill the cap which are not electric powered.
