This flexible drum heater is the right product providing a unique self-limiting design to ensure safe operating conditions are maintained even in the presence of gases and dust without the need of a thermostat. The flexible drum heater will gently heat your drum and prevent winter freezing of your product while creating a high grade thermal insulation to reduce heat loss and increase efficiency and protection for the operator. A chemically resistant silicone coated glass cloth is present on the outside of the blanket heater to extend product life in demanding applications.

Heater does not contain a thermostat – the temperature depends on what voltage the drum heater is plugged into:
- 720 Watts at 240 Volt = heats drum wall to 176°F
- 180 Watts at 120 Volt = heats drum wall to 104°F
