The counter balanced drum transporter is designed with the elimination of legs and compensated counter weight, making this unit ideal for placing drums in cabinets or under air piston pumps. It is also perfect for placing drums on the side of pallets, scales, or containment pallets where the corner of the pallet in not accessible. This drum transporter uses a convenient foot pump style for easy lifting or lowering drums 3/4 inch per stroke of the foot pedal.
The counter balanced drum transporter lifts steel, poly and fiber drums 21 inches to 54 inches high a minimum 20 inches and places drums 4.25 inches forward in front of the casters. Casters are Darcor® 8 inch x 2 inch bearing casters that allow easy movement with heavy loads. This unit is finished in safety yellow powder coating for durability and step down foot floor lock for added safety.
Note: Drum must have a 3/16 inch or higher top rim to engage with the clamping mechanism. Drums must also have a minimum height of 21 inches and a maximum height of 54 inches.
Optional increased lift height and capacity are available.
