The residential snow melting mat creates traction due to its tacky anti-slip, durable rubber construction while melting approximately 2 inches of snow and ice per hour that builds upon it due to a strong standard home power supply (110/120V). For even more convenience, the Summerstep residential radiant heat snow melting mat can be left outside all winter.
