The lightweight replacement nylon blade is ideal for food use, it will not splinter or soak up bacteria. The blade is 7 1/4 inch L x 4 inch W x 1/4 inch H and is used to replace paddle scrapers (SKU NPD82 and NPD83).
Specially designed for use at higher temperatures.
