    This lightweight paddle scraper, 40 inch long with a nylon blade will not splinter or soak up bacteria.

    • 1/4" thick nylon blade will not scratch or leave marks
    • Overall length with nylon handle is 40"
    • Specially designed for use at higher temperatures: Can handle up to 300° F
    • Won't harbor bacterial growth
