Product Description
This alloy steel drum plug socket works with any 1/2 inch square drive air impact tool, or manual ratchet handle. Fits 2 inch and 3/4 inch round head or hex head steel drum plugs.
Center spring loaded insert automatically retracts for use with 2 inch plugs and extends for use with 3/4 inch plugs.
- Heavy duty for production line reliability
- Steel alloy construction shrugs off abuse
Use TR545-2 with socket A172A for torquing all steel round head and hex head drum plugs, 2 inch and 3/4 inch steel plugs.
Note: Be sure to follow the manufacturer’s closing instructions in order to be in compliance with the container supplier's torque requirements.
