Product Description
This 3/4 inch drum vent plug fits circular base bung openings in steel drums. The dual action vent plug has a micro-porous gauze vent that allows two-way venting for either pressure or vacuum relief. This 3/4 inch vent plug is made with a polyethylene body and EPDM gasket that has excellent resistance to heat, UV exposure and aging, and also provides excellent chemical resistance. White EPDM is FDA approved.
These unique vent plugs begin venting at any pressure differential. Dual- action drum vent plug prevents non-flammable liquids from leaking during normal sloshing while transporting and handling (not intended for horizontal drum storage).
